DSTV MULTICHOICE TOTAL REAP OFF.

I stopped paying DSTV Compact 2 months back @ R429 Suddenly sales consultant phoned me several times about my rewards and discount of R144 for the coming Three months effective 1st July 2022 till Sept 2022. I requested the lady Valencia to put discounted reward in black and white emailed to me as a prove, I paid R299 on the 1st July 2022 then got reconnected, to my surprise today is the 7th July my account is disconnected DSTV MULTICHOICE claiming R144 on my Account. I called them to complain with ordeal, spoke to several consultants to no Avail. I even spoke the third consultant by the name of PRINCE CLAIMING IS WORKING FROM HOME WHEN I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. All their managers are useless no one bothered to return my over 30 minutes 3 Calls as requested. I didn't know that DSTV MULTICHOICE is a total REAP OFF ( PAID R299 for 6 days then get disconnect for discounts) NO WONDER DSTV MULTICHOICE going to the Dogs, Customer service very Poor, you Still using wrong inexperience sales Consultants & marketing strategies to bring back lost Customers. Shame on you DSTV MULTICHOICE. Am Not HAPPY!!!!!
