DSTV (Multichoice) THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!!

This is my 4th review of a sub standard service provider for their unprofessionalism. I had a problem with having cancelled my DSTV subscription and yet it reflects as being active on Clear Score which is impacting on my credit score. The worse part is that Clear Score shows I have 2 active decoder subscriptions. DSTV have always given very poor service from during and after the time of me having cancelled my subscription. I have received numerous automated replies from their Hello Peter team with no success of anyone attending to my problem. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR DEALS. They are not worth your money in service and support. DSTV THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!!
