DStv / Multichoice.. The MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER

Most pathetic service ever... Since DStv / Multichoice convinced me to "upgrade" my decoder in July 2023 I had had but issues.. The installer returned 7 times, I spent time off work and visited their walk in centre in Randburg twice and in total I have spent over 4 hours on the phone with their call centre. All in vain... It is SO frustrating... The take my subscription of R1000 per month for NO SERVICE in return.. What is the use... When I spoke to the call centre agent yesterday (after spending an hour and 17 minutes on the phone) I wanted them to cancel my contract, to which she responded that they will still hold me liable for the subscription for the remainder of the contract... ***? I am beyond gatvol and irritated and I will NEVER EVER recommend their service to anyone... This is after MANY years of being a very loyal client.. They just don't give a fu*k...
