DStv (MultiChoice) THE BIGGEST rough there is

i am new compact price lock customer and i am having endless issues with the provider they take more money than the actual agreed on contract they upgraded my account without anyone asking them too they keep giving me the run around the branch manager is a joke the staff at the umhlanga branch know nothing about whats going on they are roughs who just rob the customer and tell to send emails to addresses that do not exist my account is now according to them in order. until the end of the month where i will be ****** again this service is a bull**** service . they are no help to me just a burden now that i want to cancel my service they want me to pay but cannot return the extra money that have ****** from my account. truly a waste of time
