DSTV MULTICHOICE streaming service non existent

Bought a DSTV STREAMA device in December, installed, seemed to work but house was rented out, so they just watched LIVE TV via the DSTV STREAMA. Now in January back in my house, this STREAMA does not play their saved MOVIES - it just hangs or constantly gives an ERROR PK29 something(off the screen now),,,,, SO FRUSTRATED with DSTV as a whole, first their stream service stopped working on a year old NEW GENERATION SAMSUNG tv, the app was never any good. Then DSTV MULTI(should be called NOCHOICE)CHOICE wonders why so many people opts for pirated streaming because they cant design and maintain their own software and streaming services. SUCH A BAD SERVICE PROVIDER, they hold the monopoly and are paid what they need. SORT OUT YOUR SERVICES< employ proper IT teams externally and spend money to save your name
