DSTV (multichoice *****ing money from customer accounts.

DSTV (multichoice stole money from my account on the 2nd of September R5 709.00. I didn’t get any communication from them to either apologize or a notification of an errors of some sort. I called in on the 2nd of September 2019 requesting for my money back. I was told that the money has been processed and will be received in 24 hours. I waited nothing came back to my bank account. I called them all day through and I was being told ETA of 24hrs sometimes I was told 48hrs. I encountered a lot of difficulties by the time. I couldn’t process anything because I was left with no funds. I borrowed money around failed to meet my objective for more than 5 days. Multichoice didn’t even care to compensate me for my airtime and data even though I have encountered more loss on other things that I can quantify.
