DSTV Multichoice Showmax no communication

I have started experiencing buffering on my Showmax some time again. Use to work 100 %. You can not call them, only "live chats" takes hours or e mails which takes days. No problem with my speed as it runs very fast. Can watch on my laptop and mobile device no problems. So problem from decoder's side. When ever I go on "live chats" different agents, exactly same questions/procedures. And everytime they will escalate the problem as they can not resolve it. Only twice they sent e mails me back. However, still no help. References ***. They now ignore my e mails. I have even posted the problems on their Facebook, still nothing as I think they either deleted my comments or chose to ignore them. I don't know what to do anymore. They also refuse to call you back despite me begging them to do so. DSTV just passes the buck to Showmax and this is not correct as I have signed a contract with them, not Showmax. If Showmax is so useless, then DSTV should sort it out....
