DSTV MULTICHOICE SHOWMAX ISSUE
DSTV removed Showmax from my premium subscription without notification or any further help. Despite all my e-mails over the last two weeks, the Showmax section of my DSTV subscription has disappeared.
I do not even get the courtesy of a reply. Only an automated acknowledgement. No explanation. No assistance. Despite my 20 plus years of being a loyal customer.
To me it seems that they breeched my contract when the Showmax section was just removed without any warning or correspondence to me.
At the moment debating whether it is worth while to continue with this subscription . . . .
