DSTV MULTICHOICE Service sucks

I've had 6 calls escalated after 6 of of DSTV agents couldnt assist. my DSTV connection has been revoked because no one seems to have an answer of how i supposedly got a discount in March and only charge it against me in August! I'm really disgusted with the service. I'm LIVID!!!
