Dstv multichoice service failure

Hi, I am Samuel Monyela writing to express my disappointment with DStv(multichoice) service. More than 10 channels are not working and I've been communicating this problem with multichoice call center for the past four months. Channel 161, 194, 203, 403. 405 etc are not working. All this channels form part of the current package that I am paying which R400 every month. The only channels that are working is SABC1, 2, 3 and cartoons. I feel like multichoice is committing crime because I am paying something that I am not using it. They bridging our agreement. Our agreement was for me to pay R400 and the will render those services, but they failing to uphold our agreement. Please help me to fix this problem
