Dstv Multichoice service and fees transparency non existent

Random fees are deducted. Can't get to speak to a human being. The closest is via WhatsApp. The conversation goes in circles and no one can tell me why the fees are fluctuating or what the charges are. Absolutely no fees transparency. It's a nightmare. I'm canceling my premium contract. Not worth the cost and poor service. This is why they made a R1bn loss!
