DSTV MultiChoice ****s

I'm not happy with the consultants at multi choice at all . I upgraded my package to compact on Saturday and and paid the account but most of the channels for compact are not showing and both the consultant's were not helpful at all they told me what to do i did that but still the channels are not showing and the consultants says i must visit the multi choice where because i live in Venterdorp how the hell I'm supposed to find the branch.so i just wasted my money for nothing I'm downgrading again next month
