DSTV multichoice ****

DSTV(MultiChoice) is a ****, they called me in December 2022 selling me the price lock package, they said i will get free extra view if I upgrade. I took them up on their offer, i was billed correctly in December and January 23, but in February they billed me R2750,for a premium package. I called to enquire and they said I have 2 premium packages, Like who does that!!!, so i told them to reverse this and bill me properly and their agents don't even know how to resolve this mess yet they all acknowledge the mistake, I call them everyday buy I get put on hold for an hour before they drop my call. so in addition to paying the R2700, I also get a cellphone bill of about R100 per day as a result of being on hold for the past 7 days. At this point i don't even want this package anymore, they can disconnect me if they want.. I am not doing this DSTV anymore. Ill stick with streaming
