DSTV Multichoice SA sort account in credit

I have EFT 30 March 2021 DSTV account which was still is credit for another month!! Then DSTV ran a debit order also on my account, which I declined!! DSTV send me a sms warning me I need to pay the account. SO another EFT was done for them on 7 April 2021. I have now a credit of 3 months on my premium account. DSTV send me another sms warning me my debit order has been declined and service will be suspended. WHAT? EFT payments are immediate and does reflect on my account as credit payments. I have paid until June 2021!!!
