DSTV MULTICHOICE RUN FAR AWAY FROM **** COMPANY

Hi i bought DStv internet sim only deal 500gb for R449 after on of there online agents said i can get it online its fine it's still available but only to figure out that they say deal is no longer available it was supposed to be removed online long time ago but it's still there even now saying there deal come with router now then i requested for refund they asked for relevant documents i sent through all documents via email and direct to people who were helping me which was Thulani Gobodo and Nako Gada floor supervisor of Thabani Gobodo but even today no update from them when i email to them they no longer respond to my emails requesting callback from one of their co workers they always send requests but they don't reply back to me and email sent to *** and *** they say no refund I'll receive and decided to no longer reply to my emails too because i need my cash back now no longer interested in what ever they offer for the first of this month fighting this fight but no win any kind of help will be highly appreciated thank you.
