DStv Multichoice ****** Me

I Wayne Paul cancelled my Subscription with Multichoice in October. This was done in advance. I was then told by one of the Call centre agents that there was a Credit for myself. This was credited (If this was an error on DSTV then thats there problem). This morning i was Debited R949 from my account. I called to get this amount refunded and was told that my Previous Debit did not go through. This is a Lie from DSTV Mutichoice. They have ****** me of R949 which i demand must be credited to my account. While speaking to the agent i requested to speak to someone in the Accounts department and was told they do not take calls? Crazy that they can Debit accounts in Error but not take Calls, Theft at its Highest Level.

The reason for my Cancellation with DSTV Multichoice is because of the Lack of Sports, Movies & Entertainment & Constant Repeats. I finally got a TV Box, i watch Soccer. EPL, Laliga, German Bundisliga, Portuguese soccer league, Brazilian soccer league. Not only sport but wide range of Entertainment including newest Movies & Series..
