Dstv multichoice ripping of customers

So i have been with dstv for close to 10 years and have never had a problem but recently i have noticed extra charges on my account. This month my account went from under 200 to a exorbitant amount of over 600 and the service provider is not giving clarity as to how it got to that amount. People i have spoken to have also complained about the same billing errors and the service provider is not giving any information just expecting people to pay without question. If anyone is thinking of installing dstv i would strongly recommend you dont as it is a shady business model. How can your balance due be under 200 and they charge you for the service does not make sense
