DSTV Multichoice Removes Channel 401 From Access Package Without Notice

Please be advised that channel 401 (CNN International) was removed from the DSTV Access package from 15th June 2020 when it is supposed to be included in the Access package. The web page https://www.dstv.co.za/get-dstv/compare-packages/ indicates that channel 401 is still included in the Access package. It seems that Access package subscribers have been cheated out of channel 401, like myself who has paid for the entire year's subscription in advance. Why was this done? This was reported to the call centre which responded that the matter was escalated.
