DSTv MultiChoice refunds
I would not even put a star for DSTv, I am over 60 yrs old, on the 2nd Oct 24 I made a payment using my bank app to DSTV I ended up paying R1139 instead of R139 which was a mistake I reported with DStv and I was advise I will be paid back in 48hrs.I have waited for my money to be returned back to my account for a whole month now DSTv does not pay my money back I live on sassa grant, how am I suppose to live and pay my policies waiting for the whole month for DStv to bring back my money I'm so upset the chat robot Sisipho promised me I will get my money . This is the poorest service I have ever experienced in my life. I hope one day DStv will bring back my money and I want to cancel their subscription. If anyone reads this pls help me where to report this company because I will not rest till they pay back my money.

07 Nov 2024, 12:26DSTv responded that the balance of R861 will be repaid, but no repayment has been done no time frame of repayment was mentioned no contact was made or email was sent to me to advise of the process. I now believe I will not get this money again. If anyone knows how to cancel DStv subscription please notify me. 😭
