DSTV multichoice redeemed itself by attending to faulty decoder

I went back to Randburg multichoice this past Sat. Got there to find long queues of people armed with their faulty DSTV decoders with different queries. On arrival I was discouraged at the sight of long queues but thought I can’t afford to go back so I followed the queue patiently. 2 hrs later I was attended to, followed the process again of being issued with another new decoder, the transfer of my profile being down loaded etc. Roughly an hour later left multichoice a happy customer. The lady that helped me undertook to check on me if the decoder works when I get home. She kept her promise, called me but was unfortunately not home by then, so I asked her to call me back the next day. I got home and again the new decoder was not working again . I then called the call centre again for help. Tried several times, advices to do all sorts of different ways to get it to work. Roughly 15 to 20 min later we got it right and the decoder was working again. We felt like celebrating and were happy to finally watch tv happily so. The next day at around 10:00 the DSTV lady called me. I was so delighted and was happy to confirm that the decoder now works. The only outstanding issue is the repayment of a DSTV fallout for the co formation of their faulty decoder. I’m happy that I can now enjoy the proceeds from my DSTV subscription. I would like to encourage DSTV to improve their service. The long queues I saw over the weekend are telling a story. I wish DSTV well
