Dstv multichoice putting me on credit bureau without informing me

Last year June 2017 i accidentally activated explorer then after 10 min i realized i made a mistake then i call back the call centre to cancel. And they said it cancelled. And month end of July 2017 they deducted money on my account for explorer and then called again call centre they said it cancelled. So this year 2018/01/10 i went to the bank to check my credit score only to find out that dstv multi choice has put me in credit bureau. Why are they doing this without my consent is like someone is not doing his or her work. Im so angry
