Dstv Multichoice promo ****

Absolute shambles!!! I received an email with a promo for DSTV compact stream at R99pm for up to 12 months. I followed the link, signed up and now mydstv app says I owe the full price of R399 pm even though I signed up using THEIR PROMO LINK. Phoned the call centre and have been sent from pillar to post without anyone knowing a thing on what to do and cannot get any information that makes any sense. Also tried the live chat on the 7th of June first, was told that the problem has been escalated and I will be informed by mail, still no word. I will never utilize any DSTV product in my whole life again.
