Dstv multichoice promise service they can't provide

I responded to a special... they contacted me... I wanted the deal.... definitely..... they had to phone account holder for consent... never phoned back.... Today they contacted me and said that spesific deal has expired.... and tried to get me to take another deal.... bad customer service.....
