PriceLock offer - Incompetence on activation

I took up the Black Friday Pricelock special of: DSTV premium subscription with Explora 3 and WIFICON for R749 x 12 months.

The delivery was made on 17/12/18 and the installation was done on 19/12/18.

I called MultiChoice on 21/12/18 to follow up on activating the Pricelock offer - I was told the matter would be escalated as the PriceLock offer on their side was not reflected as my next debit order. I had not heard anything back from MultiChoice regarding this request.

I called MultiChoice again today, 28/12/18, to be informed that no note had been made on the system regarding my previous request and that nothing had been done subsequently. This is, to say the least!, pathetic service!

MultiChoice advertises this PriceLock special, however, their service for activating it is non existent and inconveniencing to customers. Furthermore, their customer care line clearly has individuals who are *********** and not doing their job! How is it that a call made on 21/12/18 was not followed up and the query not dealt with? MultiChoice is a private entity but it seems it is being run like a SA parastatal / government run entity. This is unacceptable and customers do not deserve this type of service considering how much they pay for! I want Multichoice to activate my PriceLock contract for the next 12 months as from 1 January 2019 and ensure that the debit order that goes off in January 2019 is for R749 as per Pricelock amount!
