DSTV (MultiChoice) Price Lock Billing Nightmare

MultiChoice keeps overcharging my account and this has been happening for two months. When I call customer service they tell me the same old response that they can't resolve my case because I am on MultiChoice, the case will be escalated. That escalation means nothing whatsoever because nothing gets resolved. The only fortunate thing is that I only have two more month to put up with their thieving ways and then I am cancelling all things Naspers TV media.
