Dstv MultiChoice premium package not catch up advantages

Hi all ,how is it possible that one pays for premium DStv to have the advantage of seeing extra but do not have the advantage of catch up on kyknet and kyknet @ Kie What are we paying for then Repeat after repeat after repeat in channels 132 ,170 and 171 ????
