Dstv multichoice pathetic service

Some channels have been not working for more than 3 weeks and been reporting the error up to this date nothing has been done except being told that the technicians are trying to resolve the issue. No communication or update have been given to us as customers yet we have lakd in full for the service that we are not getting.
