DSTV MULTICHOICE PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

I'm getting sick and tired of DSTV and their PATHETIC customer service. I've had my services disconnected and reconnected four times this month. I'm back to being disconnected again after they claimed to have fixed the issue and reconnected the services. My services are back to disconnected again this morning and their billing department keeps picking up the same issue that their managers claim to have resolved!!! Over and over you have to keep contacting these clowns to explain the problem, and the issue be temporarily fixed until another clown disconnects telling you the account owes R520.01!!!!!!

I have realized that over half their customers reach a dead end when it comes to unresolved queries and pathetic SERVICE!

All that these people are good at is *****ing money from customers and the least I can say about their retarded self service system!

On the process of teaching them a lesson once and for all, customers need to understand they have rights. We cannot allow for these people to keep taking advantage of customers just because they can and don't give a damn!!!!
