Dstv multichoice pathetic service

Long story short I pay annually my dstv package end of February I have mailed proof of payment to 3 different mail addresses(I get a different one every time I phone in) . Still they do not have my payment . They have cut my service 3 times already Am now at their offices for a 3rd time trying to resolve this Pathetic service . Last year of DSTV for me . Never again
