Dstv multichoice pathetic and I'm a premium paying customer

I have been disconnected from my dstv account 4times in three weeks because my proof of payment does not reflect they are now adding reconnection fees to my account this is so upsetting!!!! And not to mention my airtime to call all the time!!!!!
