Dstv MultiChoice Pathetic!!!!

Ridiculous!!!!! I phoned 3 times to try and clear an error that was a mistake on their side!!! and they kept cutting me off!!!! And they add fees whilst putting you on the lowest package!!!!!! when i have PAID the full amount for our normal Compact Plus Package!!!! I dont know if they are trying to make an extra penny because of Covid-19 or if they are just employing *********** people.
