Dstv multichoice ...no service at all

We have a huge problem with Multi choice in Emalahleni (witbank) our population is near 1000 000 and they have a small office for all the queries and problem solving ,with only two people working there ..The line are long,and it is frustrating..This decoder we have for over a year and two times it gave problems ..,We pay insurance for exchange ,but they have never stock and just reprogram the decoder.,If we go on line with problems at Dstv whatsup group ,there is no place where we can complain ,and calling head office is a nightmare...we stay on that phone line for over an hour..,its not our fault that their deoders giving problems ,and for months the same story....they dont have stock ....We pay the premuim package for a decoder that was 2 times re-program ...Why must we battle to get hold of a company or stand in long queu,for something such a huge company know their is a problem with their stupid decoders...I am sure ,i am not the only person complain for months about same story....why do we pay insurance on decoder ??? For re-program? Because for over a year they dont have stock??? This is a disgrace the way multi choice treat there customers .,those 2 people work in shop are very friendly ,the problem lay with headoffice
