Dstv multichoice nightmare

Upgraded to dstv premium on a R699 promotion, but been a nightmare. First month was better then 2 nd month am disconnected twice a week, have to call spending more than I could have paid without a promotion. Planning to do Netflix leave this, went to Randburg walk in centre twice but still my problems aren't over yet.
