DStv Multichoice must fall

The repeat rate of the Compact bouquet must be around 90 to 95% One of the only new programmes we see is Masterchef Australia and the Multichoice decides to close the channel it is on right in te middle of the competition and Masterchef Autralia just dissappears. How is that for disrespectful towards clients? After at least 5 attempts at communication about when, where and from which episode we will be seeing it again, I have still to receive an answer from Multichoice. Their communication is terrible. Their planning sucks. And the calous way they work with customers is disgusting. They lie to customers about why they only show repeats on Compact - they treat the customer as stupid, claiming they can only give us what they give us. When the whole scheduing strategy is to get us to switch to Premium and you need only half a brain to see this.

MultiChoice: Hello Peter Team
Best regards,
Good day Dineke Volschenk
We understand your concern about repeats, however, repeats are a necessary component in the multi-channel environment, for viewer convenience, as well as due to the manner in which movie rights are secured.
Each channel schedules new and recurring programmes and broadcast according to a programme or movie’s license specification.
Please be advised that Master Chef Australia will commence broadcasting on Vuzu channel 116 as of the 12 April 2017.
Thank you for taking the time to out to advise us of your concerns and your suggestions, as we continually strive to improve our service, feedback such as yours is extremely valuable.
Feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.
Kind regards
Rupert
