DSTV Multichoice mobile FAIL

To say I am the MOER IN with #DSTV #Multichoicemobile is to put it mildly. I spent R1600 buying a WALKA 7 from them after being assured that the service for the device would continue to be supported for a long time. (This was after the #DRIFTA was no longer supported so had to throw that away) All was well for the first 10 months here in Noordhoek but a few weeks ago it stopped working as there was no signal where I am, although it is fine 3 k's up the road. I have emailed , been into their office in Wynberg, which is where I bought the device and spoken to them on the phone only to be told that their is nothing they can do about it. #DSTVfail. Oh and they are still deducting for my subscription.
