DSTV MULTICHOICE MAPONYA MALL

I would just like to mention the appauling service at DSTV MULTICHOICE MAPONYA MALL!!!!! I arrived with a faulty decoder around 15:45pm 04/05/2021 and left at 18:00pm after i was convinced to make a payment in order to get a swop for a 2nd hand decoder, of which i did and only i paid i was therefore informed that there are none is stock and all the one's they have are faulty, i must return the next day. Why was i ******* to pay because i could have gone elsewhere????I was promised that i will be called today, nothing will now! There's only 1 cashier to process payments and the queue is just long and ridiculous people will end up getting Covid! I'm very unhappy :-(
