DSTV Multichoice making money out of elderly people

I am appalled with the services offered by MultiChoice, their consultants prey on elderly people offering them insurance for their devices and making money out of the elderly on services that they did not agree on. My mother 's DSTV was blocked even though she paid her monthly subscription, upon calling DSTV customer care, we discovered she was charged for an insurance which she was not aware of. They deducted the money from her monthly subscription that she paid. After contacting the customer care and the DSTV insurance, the monies were reversed and the insurance cancelled, but she must still pay a reconnection fee? How is this her fault? It is appalling how DSTV multichoice is preying on the elderly and the vulnerable people.
