DSTV (MultiChoice) *******ly deduct money out of my account

I activated DSTV streaming and paid for the month. I cancelled the subscription before the month was over but DSTV have deducted R799 on the 17 December and then again R798 on the 19 December 2025. I cannot get my money back which they *******ly deducted out of my account and after a few emails already, I also now all of a sudden owe them R1118.39. I need assistance of somebody who is competent and know what he/she is doing
