Dstv (Multichoice) lack of customer satisfaction

one company that does not care about customer satisfaction is Dstv (Multichoice).

I subscribed for their Black Friday special; Dstv explora (Premium) for R749, I went through the application with them and gave them by banking details for debit order and told them to debit me on the 26th Dec 2018. I was then informed they would deliver, the decoder was initially supposed to be delivered before the 21st Dec 2018 which they didn't. I called them to find what was going on and when would they deliver they then said it would be delivered in the next 5 working days I then waited to see if they would deliver and they didn't. on the 26th Dec 2018 they debited my account without having delivered the decoder (they were making me pay for something I did not even have) I called and told them to refund me my money (thankfully the lady I was communicating with reversed the funds back into my account. on the 29 Dec I received a call from Multichoice that they would deliver on the 31st Dec which they didn't. on the 02 Jan 2019 when I was tracking my parcel it said there was no one home on the 31st Dec 2018 and they cant deliver as the address is incorrect, funny enough I bought 2 decoders the one for extra view was delivered to the same address however now I'm being told the address is incorrect. I can see why a lot of people are leaving Dstv for Netflix if they are failing to satisfy customers with one small thing to just deliver on what we agreed upon, from where I am setting right now they were quick to get into my account and take my money but they don't even want to supply me with what was agreed upon. the experience is leaving a bad taste in my mouth cause I was doing all this for my mother who enjoys Dstv and needed to upgrade her decoder to explora, that the one thing she continuously requests me to do for her but clearly Multichoice does not respect or value the customers it has left. best believe I wouldn't recommend their services going forward.

can someone advise on how Netflix works and what is required for me to subscribe.
