Dstv multichoice- Kendigital biggest ********

Poorest service i ever got from DSTV and their installer Kenny from Kendigital. I asked him to do an xtraview installation for me , I paid him R1500. Even now it does not work. He constantly lies to me when I call him to come fix. He is a biggest ****. I would never recommend anyone to use his services. Can multichoice please send someone to come fix this mess. I have paid for the service I am not enjoying at all. It’s been 2 weeks now.

The call center agents are also not helping me. They telling me the issue is with the installation, Kenny says they talk nonsense he did the correct installation. I do not know. Please help dstv
