DSTV Multichoice just not been of no help
I'm a dstv customer for a long time and its absolute disgusting how a customer is treated and helped to try and join showmax and the call centre state talk on live chat on showmax because they cant help and myself as a customer has to use airtime and be stressed over this issue and were told by the call centre the manager is not available which is very unprofessional. How is a customer to get help it's very ridiculous but if dstv do no get payment on the day on payment a customer is disconnected with a penalty fine. It's just very unfair, very very disturbing.

20 Jul 2020, 08:18Please kindly contact me on my cell as I am having endless problems with showmax on dstv and this is very frustrating and annoying, I cant keep calling dstv as they advised that only showmax can help, this is of needed help asap

20 Jul 2020, 08:21To be honest I have NEVER battled so much as what my husband and I have tried to register on showmax, it's very embarrassing as we have other commitments and responsibilities in the day and now those is s huge problem and takes up huge amount of time which is very uncalled for as there is always an excuse or that we will call you etc, I am so so disappointed and our monthly payments are paid
