Dstv multichoice just disappointed my services without reason (poor customer service)

Dstv multichoice is the worst company, they just switch off our services without reason. I make sure I pay my subscription on time every month, they switched off my services on 1st of October, I was told that they couldn't see my payment, I sent them my pop and ti was reconnected. Today they switched off again, it is very inconveniencing I am starting to see why most people are now switching to Netflix and I am about to also do that.
