Dstv/ Multichoice is the worst services provider compared others.

I would like to complain about the service i received from Dstv/ Multichoice, i have paid my supscription in amount of R800 on the 21 October 2023 now they have disconnected the services. When i ask them why they told me the money i have paid was not enough i asked if my money was not enough why did they open the services they should have returned my money back.

They failed to answer my question they refer my to their terms and conditions to look for the wording which i did not know which one they are referring to.
