DSTV( Multichoice) is the biggest ****😡😡😡😡

Dstv is the absolute pits, I installed my decoder at a new place and for 4 months had no issues whatsoever, after upgrading to a higher package I no longer could view any of my channels. Called the call centre countless times, at first it would just go quiet while I'm on the phone and if the agents answer they are disinterested and unwilling to help. I asked to be transfered to the cancelations department but still no agent answered. All the wanna do is just take my money but not help mind you I have paid for a service I barely enjoyed all month long. I highly recommend never ever get a subscription with them and if u do then cancel it ASAP cause they will give you ****py service. 😡😡😡😡💔
