DSTV (multichoice) is so ***********.

i have been in contact with Multichoice for more than 2 months regarding my bill but till today there i no feedback. the agents and managers are so ***********, they always say i must wait for feedback from a manager and not worry but my service gets disconnected twice/thrice a month. They are so quick to get rid of you on the line and make empty promises with no infor provided but when you speak to the next person they say there is no history. I have been on the chat for more than 2 hours today and i am still connected while my service is disconnected. I AM SO ANGRY FOR DSTV WASTING MY SUNDAY LIKE THIS.

Why offer a discounted rate if you don't intend to live up to your promise, no wonder people are no longer using DSTV.
