Dstv Multichoice is not allowing people to cancel or even downgrade their packages. They will claim that you signed a 24 month binding contract. I have called so many times. The Dstv app and WhatsApp platform also stops you from canceling or downgrading. Dstv is a **** and the people who work there are also in this **** to rob us.
