DSTV MultiChoice is overcharging us, unfair and highly ***********.***9

Having issues with the above mentioned company since December 2020. Ordered a price lock Explora decoder that I never received. We cancelled it after we had hassles and decided to buy a new decoder at Pep. The problem is that they are still charging us for the decoder since last year December even after we called to cancel it and complained several times to them. All the time we called to complain we were told that the matter will be escalatd and still nothing was done. Please assist us in this regard as DSTV MultiChoice has been very unfair and *********** to do the right thing.
