DStv (MultiChoice) is ****mers

It is a while now that DStv (MultiChoice) only over sport channels on their top packet. Yesterday I have phoned them and they have told me that a person can now get sport included on there compact package. I have subscribed. This morning I wanted to watch cricket, and it was not available. Then I had phoned them and they told me cricket is not part of the sport on the compact package. They lead me into buying a higher package, without mentioning that cricket is not part of the package.
