DStv (MultiChoice) is dishonest with customers!!!

I recently renewed my DStv (MultiChoice) Compact subscription after being offered a R299 'special offer'. When I tried to make payment that option was not there and I had to pay the R415 - I made payment in the hope the matter would be resolved but after chatting to at least three consultants and being asked to submit the email with the offer nothing was done! It seems no-one wanted to assist as they (consultants) all kept shifting the responsibility so once again I am terminating my subscription immediately!!!
