DSTV- MULTICHOICE IS BEYOND PATHETIC!!!!

DSTV is useless and they are selling **** to their customers. I had to take my decoders in twice in a space of 2 weeks because the hard drives were *******. They replaced both decoders with , according to them , " BRAND NEW " ones . It's hardly 4 months and the " BRAND NEW " **** they gave me is also not working . BOTH of them !!! Now I will not be able to watch TV for the entire week but they are going to expect me to pay the FULL subscription . This is so frustrating because they are selling second hand **** as new . The last time I was there , I spent almost 2 hours waiting while they tested a few decoders because the ones they wanted to give me were all faulty . If I didn't insist for the service agent to test all the functions then I would have left there with 2 faulty decoders again but now hardly 4 months down the line , the "BRAND NEW " decoders are not working . They replace your decoders with second hand ones even though you have insurance . I'm thinking of canceling my subscription because this is beyond ridiculous!!!!!
